If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, there is no need to worry. We are still there for you.
Step 1: Send an email to info@optiwatch.nl and please inform us of the reason for the return.
Step 2: Pack the watch in a sturdy package.

Please read the terms and conditions below regarding exchanges and returns before proceeding.
Once we have received the watch, we will quickly refund the amount to your account. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Exchange or return conditions
Undamaged and unworn watches can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
When returning, please consider:
- The original box
- The original warranty certificate
We aim to reimburse all payments, with the exception of any delivery costs charged by us for the returned product, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notification. However, our goal is to refund the amount due to your account on the same day once we have received the returned product. If you have not received a refund after one week, we request that you contact our customer service via the email address info@optiwatch.nl.
Unless we explicitly offer to collect the product ourselves, we may withhold reimbursement until we have actually received the product, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the product, whichever occurs first. For reimbursement we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method. The refund is free of charge. However, the costs for returning the product from your address to our online store are at your own expense.
